Did you forget an item in your ride? Don’t worry, we’ll help you retrieve it!
If you forget an item in a ride, you can now easily contact your driver through the app to retrieve the lost property. Remember, the quicker you can do this, the more chance you have of retrieving your item.
In the Ola customer app, simply:
- Tap the menu button on the main screen
- Tap ‘Your Rides’ and select the ride where you left your item
- Tap ‘Support’ and select ‘I left a belonging in my ride’
- Select ‘call me’ – you will then be connected with the driver. Arrange a time and place to meet and retrieve your item without any hassles.
All details remain private. It is simply Ola providing the ‘connect’ between you and the driver anonymously.
