Driver to Customer Referral Competition T&C’s (Toowoomba, Central Coast, Newcastle, Bendigo, Ballarat)

1. Eligibility

1.1. Entry is open to all Ola drivers based and registered in the following cities/regions:

(a) QLD: Toowoomba;

(b) VIC: Ballarat, Bendigo;

(c) NSW: Central Coast, Newcastle;

(the “​participating region/s​”) during the promotion period or part thereof (the “​eligible entrants​”).

1.2. Employees of the promoter, immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

 2. Entry

2.1. The promotion commences at 00:00 AEDT on 21 February 2020 and entries close at 23:59 AEDT on 20 March 2020 (the “​promotion period​”).

2.2. To enter, eligible entrants must, all during the promotion period, successfully refer new Ola customers in the participating regions using their unique driver referral code. A referral is deemed successful when the referee downloads the Ola customer app and signs up using the referer’s referral code (the “​eligible referral​”).

2.4. Ola standard driver agreement and any other applicable terms and conditions apply.

3. Prizes and winning

3.1. Three (3) eligible entrants with the highest number of eligible referrals will each win a prize.

3.2. One (1) eligible entrant with the highest number of eligible referrals will win the first prize.

3.3. One (1) eligible entrant with the second highest number of eligible referrals will win the second prize.

3.4. One (1) eligible entrant with the third highest number of eligible referrals will win the third prize.

3.5. In the event that there is a tie between eligible entrants in that two or three of the eligible entrants with the highest number of eligible referrals have the same number of eligible referrals, they will be ranked in order of the highest value of such eligible referrals’ trips.

3.6. The first prize consists of a $1,000.00 Visa gift card.

3.7. The second prize consists of a $600.00 Visa gift card.

3.8. The third prize consists of a $400.00 Visa gift card.

4. Prize conditions

4.1. Eligible entrants who win a prize will be notified by SMS and/or email on 27 March 2020.

4.2. The prize winners will have their details published on Ola Australia website located at https://ola.com.au/​ and/or on Ola Australia Facebook page on 27 March 2020.

4.3. The prizes will be delivered by courier or post, with tracking.

4.4. Any prizes unclaimed (that is, unable to be delivered to the prize winners due to incorrect names, addresses, email addresses or any other reason outside the direct control of Ola) within thirty (30) days of the prizes being notified and/or published will be forfeited.

4.5. The prizes and the use of the prizes, including, but not limited to, the expiry of the prizes, will be governed by the issuer of, and terms and conditions applicable to, the prizes (the gift cards).

4.6. The prizes cannot be taken, used or combined with any other offer, discount, prize or promotion.

4.7. The prizes are not transferable.

4.8. The prizes are not redeemable for cash.

4.9. The maximum value of the first prize is $1,000.00.

4.10. The maximum value of the second prize is $600.00.

4.11. The maximum value of the third prize is $400.00.

4.12. Maximum total prize pool value is $2,000.00.

5. Promoter and general

5.1. The promoter of the promotion is Ola Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 623 472 202 of Level 10, 117 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

5.2. This promotion is a competition based on skill and, on our understanding, a permit is not required.
