Driver to Customer referral – 0% commission offer (Phase 1)

Driver to Customer Referral Terms and Conditions

Drivers can refer a new customer to Ola by sharing their unique referral code. The driver will earn $20 cash when the customer takes their first ride, and the customer will receive $10 off their first ride.

Terms and Conditions

1. The referee must be new to Ola and enter the referrer’s referral code during the sign up process.
2. Credit amount is $10.00 for the referee.
3. The referrer will receive $20.00 into their driver account when the referee takes their first ride.
4. The referee will receive $10.00 credit when they sign up using the referrer’s code (automatically applied on first ride).
5. The referee can only use their $10.00 credit on their first ride. Any portion of the $10.00 credit unused on the first ride cannot be rolled over and will be forfeited.
6. Referral credits are valid for 60 days from when they are received.

Driver to Customer Referral Promotion for Phase 1 cities

1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this offer, in addition to the Driver to Customer Referral incentive outlined above, during the promotional period, drivers in any Phase 1 city who meet the criteria set out in paragraph 2 will be entitled to the incentive set out in that paragraph.
2. Criteria as follows:
   1. Refer at least 5 riders during either of the following two periods to receive 0% commission on all completed rides taken for one week:
      1. from Tues 3/3/2020 00:00 local time to Sun 8/3/2020 23:59 local time;
      2. from Mon 9/3/2020  00:00 local time to Sun 15/3/2020 23:59 local time.
      3. from Mon 16/3/2020 00:00 local time to Sun 22/3/2020 23:59 local time.
      4. from Mon 23/3/2020 00:00 local time to Sun 29/3/2020 23:59 local time.
   2. Refer at least 5 riders during both periods under paragraphs 2a to receive 0% commission on all completed rides taken for 2 weeks.
   3. Refer at least 15 riders during either of the following two periods to receive 0% commission on all completed rides taken for 4 weeks:
      1. from Tues 3/3/2020 00:00 local time to Sun 8/3/2020 23:59 local time;
      2. from Mon 9/3/2020  00:00 local time to Sun 15/3/2020 23:59 local time.
      3. from Mon 16/3/2020 00:00 local time to Sun 22/3/2020 23:59 local time.
      4. from Mon 23/3/2020 00:00 local time to Sun 29/3/2020 23:59 local time.
   4. Refer at least 15 riders during both periods under paragraphs 2c to receive 0% commission on all completed rides taken for 8 weeks.
3. The week or weeks during which the 0% commission will apply is subject to the driver’s current commission. Ola will notify the driver in writing prior to the start of the 0% commission week.
4. For the purpose of this offer, the Phase 1 cities are Toowoomba, Central Coast, Newcastle, Ballarat, Bendigo.
5. Unless otherwise specified in these terms, the offer cannot be taken, used or combined with any other offer, discount, prize or promotion.
6. The offer is not transferable or redeemable.
