Ola is gifting free airport rides, worth up to $30, to 1,000 Aussies this Friday 26 July
To celebrate our new loyalty partnership with Velocity Frequent Flyer, we’re giving away free* rides to the airport, up to the value of $30, to 1000 riders across Australia this Friday 26 July 2019 (the “Offer”).
For a chance to get a free airport ride, head to the Ola app and follow the following steps:
- Link your Velocity membership with the Ola app
Note: If you do not yet have a Velocity membership, you can join for free here.
- Open the Ola app
- Tap on the menu in the top left corner
- Tap on your name
- Tap ‘Velocity Frequent Flyer Account’
- Follow the prompts to link your account with Ola
- Book your ride to the airport on Friday 26 July, 2019.
- Enter your pick-up address
- Enter an eligible airport in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Canberra, Adelaide or Perth as your destination.
- Tap ‘Continue’. You will see an estimated fare for your airport trip.
- Tap ‘Apply Coupon’ and manually enter the coupon code OLAVFF
- If you are one of the first 1,000 passengers to book a ride on this date to an eligible airport using the OLAVFF coupon code, you will see $30 automatically deducted from the fare estimate.
- If you are happy to proceed with the booking, tap ‘Confirm booking’
Note 1: If you do not see a $30 credit applied to your fare estimate after entering the coupon code, then the allocation of 1,000 free airport rides has been exhausted and there are no more free airport rides available.
Note 2: Velocity points are not earned on a free portion of any ride.
