To earn Velocity Points with Ola, you must add your Velocity membership number in the Ola app before your trip commences. Once linked, you will earn Velocity Points on eligible rides:

• In the Ola app menu, tap on your name to visit Your account.
• Tap on Velocity Frequent Flyer account in Ride Settings.
• Enter your Name and Velocity membership number as per your Velocity account.
• Tap on the Link Account button to link your Velocity account with your Ola account.
• If the details you entered are correct, your accounts will now be linked and you will earn Points on your next eligible Ola ride.

You’ll earn up to 4* Velocity Points per $1 spent on all rides to and from eligible airports and 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on all other (non-airport) rides.

*Platinum Member: 4 Points, Gold Member: 3.5 Points, Silver Member: 2.5 Points, Red Member: 2 Points

• Brisbane
• Gold Coast
• Canberra
• Perth
• Adelaide
• Auckland
• Christchurch
• Wellington

The spend eligible for Velocity Points is exclusive of service tax, toll/parking charges, convenience fee, cancellation fee, coupon discount, and any cashback or referral amount

Points will be credited to your Velocity account within 48 hours of making payment for your ride.

1. Velocity members will earn 1,000 bonus Velocity Points when booking and completing their first ride with Ola.  The be eligible for Velocity Points, members must;

• successfully download the Ola app (on Apple or Android devices), register as an Ola user or already be a registered Ola user and have NOT already ridden with Ola;
• be a current Velocity member or join Velocity;
• enter a valid Velocity membership number in the “My Profile” section of the app to ensure their Velocity and Ola accounts are linked; and 
• book and complete your first ride before 28 February 2021

1. 2. The offer is valid until 28 February 2021.  This offer is not valid with any other Velocity Points offer except the base earn of up to 4 (for platinum members) Velocity Points for every $1AUD spent on Ola Airport Rides and $1AUD spent on all other rides.
   3. A valid Velocity membership number must be successfully linked to an Ola account prior to booking a ride for the member to earn the bonus Velocity Points. Only the person who makes the booking is eligible to earn the Bonus Velocity Points and the member’s first and last name from their account must match the account name registered with Ola.
