Vivid Sydney
Get ready for the 11th Annual Vivid Sydney! 24 May – 15 June 2019 Be prepared for riders travelling to precincts in Sydney over 23 days & nights. There will be road closures, designated pick-up and drop-off zones and demerit points will be in force during the June long weekend. Pick-up & Drop-off zones It is important to manage pick-ups & drop-offs in the designated areas only for the duration of the festival. This ensures both your safety & risk, as well as that of your rider. Ola have created hot spots for riders to make it easier to meet you & start their ride. Authorities will be actively directing cars & people to these designated zones. It is important to ensure you do not park, stop or stand in bus & taxi zones to avoid receiving a fine. Picking up your Rider Vivid will be a busy time for riders & drivers. You can ensure your rider finds you by:

Safety
Major events are a time for enjoyment and for spending time with family and friends. During this time, we encourage all our drivers and passengers to keep safety as a priority when riding with Ola.
To highlight the importance of safety, including providing tips and recommendations to help your driver experience, Ola’s Safety Management Guidelines cover a spectrum of safety matters such as harassment or inappropriate behaviour of drivers or passengers to safe handling of heavy luggage and includes a Safety Commitment Policy for our drivers.
Please ensure you familiarise with this so you are Ola-ready for riders.
Drive safe & enjoy the lights!
