Ola Pro Terms & Conditions for Riders

1. For the duration of the Ola Pro program, where available only, customers will be able to book Rides designated as Ola Pro Rides in their Ola application.
2. Ola Pro Rides are Rides provided by an Ola Pro Driver for a corresponding Fare.
3. An Ola Pro Driver is a current Ola driver who meets the eligibility criteria to be a driver for Ola Pro program covering the following:
   a) vehicle requirements including:
   i. the vehicle being fitted with a transparent hygiene screen;
   ii. the vehicle being subjected to wipe downs after every trips;
   iii. the vehicle being professionally cleaned each week;
   b) driver requirements including:
   i) requirement to carry a driver hygiene pack at all times;
   ii) requirement to comply with hygiene best practices in accordance with government guidance and standards including cleaning, sanitsation, social distancing and self-isolation mandatory requirements or best practice principles;
   iii) requirement to be temperature checked each week.
4. Ola Customer Terms and Conditions apply to all Ola Pro Rides. Specifically:
   a) for the purposes of these terms, “Rides” and “Fare” have the same meaning as their respective definitions in the Ola Customer Terms and Conditions;
   b) Ola Pro Rides are available to customers on an ‘as is’ basis only;
   c) Ola does not warrant suitability or fitness for any purpose other than to connect a customer with a driver designated as an Ola Pro Driver for a Ride. In particular, Ola does not warrant suitability of any Ola Pro Ride for any cohorts of customers or any specific use by customers in response to the COVID-19 pandemic;
   d) while Ola endeavours to supply an Ola Pro Driver who continues to meet the eligibility criteria set out in paragraph 3, as with all drivers, Ola Pro Drivers are independent contractors and the contract for the Ola Pro Driver’s provision of a Ride, and the customer’s receipt of the Ride, is a contract solely between the Ola Pro Driver and the customer; and
   e) Ola’s obligations under this Ola Pro program are limited only to:
   i) managing and operating the Ola application and Ola Pro program as an online booking platform;
   ii) facilitating the provision of Rides by Drivers to the customer; and
   iii) payment collection in respect of the Rides.
